Vision Energy provided SAP Calculations and sound insulation testing coordination for a change-of-use development converting a former commercial building into 51 residential units. The SAP assessments identified compliance risks at an early stage, allowing the design team to make targeted interventions to ensure all units met Part L1B requirements.
