This project involved new-build dwellings constructed using a steel frame system — a construction method that presents specific challenges for Part L compliance due to the thermal bridging inherent in the frame. Vision Energy delivered both SAP Calculations and detailed thermal bridge modelling to accurately account for the steel frame's impact on overall energy performance.
