Vision Energy delivered SAP Calculations and coordinated sound insulation testing for the conversion of a historic mill building into 152 residential flats. The existing masonry construction offered good thermal mass but required careful detailing to achieve Part L1B compliance, and the multi-storey converted structure required an extensive pre-completion sound testing programme.
