Vision Energy supported a major housing association on a large-scale estate regeneration project in Newport, Wales. The brief required a net zero carbon design strategy for the new-build residential elements, alongside a programme of retrofit assessments for the existing stock. SAP Calculations were delivered for all new-build dwellings, with the energy strategy targeting EPC Band A across the development.
