Vision Energy was commissioned to carry out a comprehensive energy usage review across the housing stock of a regional housing association. The review benchmarked actual energy consumption (kWh) against EPC-predicted consumption, identifying discrepancies that could inform a targeted retrofit investment programme. The analysis covered over 500 residential units.
