A 10 unit housing development in Kent, Vision Energy were appointed at a design stage to ensure the timber frame construction dwellings met compliance to Building Regulations Part L1a,
The client requested that no PIR insulation be used above DPC, therefore Vision reviewed all elements of the build to ensure that heat loss, thermal bridging, heating, DHW and glazing combined for a cost effective route to compliance.
